Salon Policy & Visiting Rules

At Naba Style Nails, we’re dedicated to creating a relaxing, hygienic, and personalized experience for every guest. To ensure the comfort and safety of both our clients and staff, please review our salon policies and visiting guidelines before your appointment.

1. Appointments & Scheduling
  • We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time and technician.

  • A valid credit card or deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in, choose your colors, and prepare for your service.

  • Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more may result in a shortened or rescheduled appointment to respect other clients’ time.
     

2. Cancellations & No-Shows
  • We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Appointments canceled within 24 hours may be charged 50% of the service fee.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service and may require prepayment for future bookings.

3. Health & Hygiene
  • Your health and safety are our top priority. All tools and equipment are thoroughly disinfected after each client.

  • If you have any cuts, open wounds, infections, or contagious conditions on your hands or feet, please reschedule your appointment until fully healed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if continuing would compromise your safety or ours.
     

4. Children & Guests
  • To maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we kindly ask that children and extra guests not receiving services, remain at home unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an adult and supervised at all times.
     

5. Personal Belongings
  • Please keep your valuables with you during your visit. Naba Style Nails is not responsible for lost or damaged items.

  • To prevent polish smudges or product transfer, we recommend removing jewelry before your service.
     

6. Payments
  • We accept major accepting all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MC, Amex, Discover), digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay), contactless payments and cash.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
     

7. Service Satisfaction
  • We want you to love your nails! If you experience a chip or issue within 3 days of your service, please contact us, and we’ll happily schedule a complimentary touch-up.

  • For any concerns, please speak to your technician or email us at info@nabastylenails.com within 72 hours of your appointment.
     

8. Nail Art & Custom Requests
  • For intricate or customized nail art, please share inspiration photos ahead of time to ensure adequate booking time.

  • Some designs may require additional fees based on complexity and materials.
     

9. Pets
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, pets are not allowed inside the salon, except for registered service animals.
     

10. Respect & Atmosphere
  • We strive to provide a peaceful and welcoming environment for all guests.

  • Please silence your phone and keep conversations quiet while in the salon.

  • Any disrespectful or disruptive behavior may result in refusal of service.
