At NABA Style Nails, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life can be busy and unexpected changes can happen. However, as an appointment-based salon, late cancellations, last-minute rescheduling, and missed appointments significantly affect our ability to accommodate other clients.

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling​

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

​

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.

​

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 6 hours before your appointment may be subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service total.

​

No-shows, including missed appointments without notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may require a deposit for future bookings.

​

Late Arrivals​

Please arrive on time so we can provide your full scheduled service without affecting the appointments that follow.

​

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten, modify, or reschedule your service depending on the remaining appointment time.

​

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late and your service can no longer be completed within the reserved time, we reserve the right to treat the appointment as a late cancellation and apply a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service total.

​

Deposits​

A deposit may be required for select services, new clients, or certain appointments.

​

The deposit will be applied toward your total at checkout. Deposits are non-refundable for appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours, missed appointments, or other situations covered by our cancellation policy.
